Homemade Yogurt with Milk Powder

Prepare the ingredients for making yogurt and weigh it;

Heat the water, the water temperature should not be higher than 45°, it can basically be touched.

Pour milk powder and yogurt fermentation bacteria in turn, and stir evenly;

After stirring evenly, put it in the yogurt machine, plug it in and ferment regularly for 9 hours. If you like sour or thick, you can ferment for a longer time.
5.
When time is up, the delicious yogurt is ready and can be stored in cups
Tips:
1. Clean the utensils and there should be no bacterial residues;
2. The temperature cannot be higher than 45° during production, otherwise it will kill the bacteria and cause the fermentation to fail.
3. The finished yogurt tastes best when sealed and refrigerated for 16 hours.
