Bacon Braised Rice

Wash the rice well, put it in a basin and soak it in 400g water for 15 minutes for later use;

Wash the bacon and cut into small pieces for later use;

Wash carrots and potatoes, peel them and cut into small pieces, and put green beans in boiling water for later use;

Induction cooker hot pot set 800 watts fire heating pot, put oil in the pot, when the oil temperature is 60% hot, add the diced bacon and stir fry slowly to get the oil;

Then add carrots and diced potatoes and stir fry;

Add green beans and stir fry;

Add 5ml raw extract fresh;

Pour the soaked rice into an electric pressure cooker together with the pure water used to soak the rice;

Then put the fried bacon, carrots, diced potatoes and green beans into the rice cooker and mix well;
10.
Close the lid, press the cooking program, wait until the program is over, and you can start eating after the pressure is exhausted!
Tips:
Bacon is generally very salty, so there is no need to put salt in the rice.
