Homemade Zero-added Strawberry Jam
1.
Wash fresh strawberries, soak them in light salt water for 20 minutes, wash and remove the stalks, prepare rock sugar and lemon according to your taste
2.
Put the processed strawberries into the food processor and just chop the ones with the flesh.
3.
Whipped strawberry juice
4.
Pour the strawberry juice into a non-stick pan, add rock sugar, heat it on a low heat, and keep stirring during the cooking process. Strawberry juice is easy to splash out and be careful of burns. Boil for about 0 minutes when the juice thickens, squeeze half of the lemon into the pot, continue to heat and stir for 10 minutes, the jam will be sticky.
5.
The glass bottle containing the jam is boiled and disinfected in water in advance, drained and allowed to cool. Put the boiled jam into the bottle, cover and seal it, and put it in the refrigerator after cooling. Take it with a water-free and oil-free spoon each time you eat.
