Honey Bean Garland Bread
1.
Pour the milk into the bread bucket first, and put the sugar, salt and eggs in it. Then put high-gluten flour and low-gluten flour, dig a small hole in the middle of the flour to put the yeast, and finally start the dough mixing program of the bread machine, after stopping, the oil method performs the second dough mixing program.
2.
The fermented dough is vented for 10 minutes.
3.
Roll into an oval long strip of dough.
4.
Put an appropriate amount of honey beans and red bean paste in the middle.
5.
Cut both sides into strips of equal size.
6.
Fold back and forth well.
7.
Tighten both sides into a circle.
8.
In the second fermentation.
9.
Brush the surface of the fermented dough with egg liquid, put it in a preheated oven at 165 degrees, and then heat up to 155 degrees and lower to 160 degrees for about 20 minutes. You can adjust the temperature according to your own oven. I used 160 degrees for the upper heat and 165 degrees for the lower heat. The coloring is a bit heavy, so the reduction of 5 degrees should be just right, or the middle is covered with tin foil.
