Honey Bean Meal Buns

Put all the ingredients except honey beans into the inner container of the bread machine, and put the salt and yeast on the two ends respectively;

Start the "kneading" program and knead the dough to the expansion stage;

Put the kneaded dough on the kneading mat, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it stand for about 5 minutes; if it is not shaped, it can be made immediately;

Prepare honey red beans;

Divide the dough into 16 portions, round slightly, and cover with plastic wrap;

Take a dough, wrap an appropriate amount of honey red beans, close and round;

All the dough is ready, put 4 pieces into the mold, and cover it with plastic wrap; the mold I use is anti-sticking, no oil is needed; if it is other easy-to-stick molds, you need to apply butter or corn oil to prevent sticking;

Put the mold in the middle of the oven, put two pots of boiling water, and start the "fermentation" program;

Stir a little egg liquid evenly;

After the dough has risen to twice its size, take it out;

Brush with a layer of egg liquid;

Then put the mold into the middle of the oven, the oven does not need to be preheated; adjust the temperature to 160 degrees, and the baking time is 15 minutes;

After the program is over, take out the bread; [Honey Bean Meal Bun] is ready.
Tips:
1. The mold I use does not need to be greased; if it is other easy-to-stick molds, butter or corn oil is required to prevent sticking;
2. The temperature of the oven can be adjusted according to your own oven power and temper;
