Honey Bean Yam

Soak the red beans in water overnight until the beans are fully open

Place the pressure cooker and add water to submerge the beans, simmer for 15 minutes until they are fully cooked

Then cut into small dices, soak in water to prevent oxidation and blackening

Put the diced yam on the plate, put enough water in the water tank and push it into the steaming box, power on and preheat to 100 degrees Celsius, put the yam on the plate and steam for 10 minutes until cooked, take it out

Pour the cooked red beans on top of diced yam, and pour honey in the end.
Tips:
1. It is best to wear gloves when peeling yam to prevent itching and other allergies when the mucus is touched;
2. The yam will become black due to its rapid oxidation during the peeling process, so it can be washed and peeled directly with a small stream of water;
3. When dicing the yam, it will easily turn black if it takes a long time, so cut it quickly and soak the cut in clear water to prevent oxidation and blackening.
