Honey Bitter Gourd

Prepare the ingredients.

Wash the wolfberry with clean water, soak it for later use.

Wash the bitter gourd, cut open, remove the flesh, and slice it.

Boil the water in a pot, add a little salt, add the bitter gourd, boil and cool for later use.
