Honey Braised Three Fresh

Scrape and peel the yam, cut into 4 cm long sections, put them in boiling water and scald them for 2 minutes, remove the black spots;

2. Peel and core the apples, cut into orange pieces; flatten the candied dates with a knife, remove the jujube cores and wash them; cut the golden cake into small cubes;

3. Put water and sugar in the aluminum pot, skim the froth after boiling, add yam, candied dates, apples and honey, and then put the pot on a slow fire, simmer for about 20 minutes;

4. When the yam is rotten, use chopsticks to sandwich the three raw materials in the oval plate; put the dates in the middle of the plate, and put the yam and apple on both ends;

5. Simmer the honey sauce in the aluminum pot over the fire to form a thick sauce, pour it on the 3 kinds of ingredients in the dish, and sprinkle with golden cake diced.
Tips:
Yam: Do not eat yam and kansui together; do not take it with alkaline drugs.
Apples: Avoid eating apples with aquatic products, which can cause constipation.
