Honey Buckwheat Cake

Mix the buckwheat flour, honey, and water together to make it a bit thick, as shown in the picture.

Take a scoop with a round spoon, turn the pan while turning it, and make the noodles as thin as possible. A similar professional honeycomb will appear. Note: Use medium and small fire during frying, otherwise it will be easy to batter.

Put the lid on the pot and let the white flour change color. In fact, the dough will be cooked.

Pick it up gently with chopsticks, turn it over and keep it stuffy for a few seconds, the taste will be better.
