Honey Butter Fruit Plate

Rinse the fruits with clean water.

If you want to peel off the skin, wash it off first.

Cut the apples into small pieces, and cut the grapes one by one.

Prepare one portion each of honey and cream.

First heat the pot, put the lemon zest (or orange zest) in and fry until fragrant, and pour the honey in, similar to thickening.

Then turn off the fire, pour the fruit in and use a shovel to even out the honey and fruit.
7.
Then pour the cream on top of the fruit.
8.
Use a spoon to mix the cream and fruit evenly, then put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
