Honey Coconut Jelly

Prepare the jelly.

Prepare honey, sweet-scented osmanthus, coconut powder, medlar.

Cut the wolfberry into fine pieces and put it in a bowl; add sugar, osmanthus, honey and mix into a sauce.

Rinse coconut flour with cold boiled water.

Rinse the jelly with cold boiled water; cut into small pieces; place in a bowl; pour in coconut milk.

Pour the sauce; cover and put in the refrigerator before serving.
Tips:
1. Too much starch will affect gastrointestinal digestion, so it is not advisable to eat more.
2. Jelly should not be eaten on an empty stomach, otherwise it will burden the digestive tract and cause abdominal pain and other symptoms.
3. The jelly contains a lot of water and is easy to breed bacteria, so don't leave it for too long, let alone eat it overnight.
