Take a piece of jelly and rinse the skin to remove the floating dust on the surface.

Cut the jelly into strips and place them on the plate.

Onion, finely chopped.

Garlic, mince.

To adjust the juice, put an appropriate amount of sugar, salt, vinegar, light soy sauce, chili oil, chopped onion, and minced garlic in the bowl. Mix well and let stand for 10 minutes to fully taste.

Pour the prepared sauce on the jelly and mix well when you eat it. It is very refreshing to eat in summer.
