Honey Crispy Bread

Put all the ingredients except the bottom ingredients into the bread bucket, start the kneading program, and kneading the dough for 30 minutes (after useless oil method).

The room temperature is twice as big as one shot.

Exhaust, divide into 8 equal parts, cover with plastic wrap, and let stand for 15 minutes.

Roll out into a long piece, thin at the end, and roll it tightly from top to bottom, and pinch the joints firmly.

Cut one in half and cut into two.

Dip a layer of water on the cut surface, and then a layer of mixed powder for the bottom ingredients (a mixture of 10 grams each of white sugar, low powder, and white sesame).

Prepare all the greens one by one and place them neatly in a baking tray lined with greased paper.

Put the baking dish into the oven, put a bowl of hot water under it, and ferment for the second time in a humid temperature environment, about 30-50 minutes, depending on the season.

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees and pour some cooking oil into the bottom of the pan.

Spray water on the surface of the green, and sprinkle a layer of white sesame seeds.

Put it in the preheated oven, middle level, and bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.

When the bread comes out of the oven, brush a layer of honey water (1:1 ratio of honey water) on the surface of the bread.
