Honey Crispy Chicken Chop

Thaw and rinse the chicken thighs for later use.

Remove the bones of the chicken ribs and cut a few cuts in the thicker parts.

Add salt, cooking wine, and pepper, and mix well.

Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Place the marinated chicken steak skin side down into the air fryer. 200°, timed for 30 minutes.

Turn it over in the middle and brush with honey. Bake until the chicken steaks are lightly browned and cooked through.

Drizzle tomato sauce and serve.
