Braised Chicken Nuggets with Shacha Sauce

Remove the bones of the chicken legs, cut the meat into pieces, add salt, cooking wine, cornstarch, and a little oil, and stir well.

Shacha sauce, light soy sauce, mix well.

Heat the pan with cold oil, add the chicken nuggets and stir fry.

Stir fry until the chicken pieces turn white and change color, then add the five-spice powder and onion and stir fry.

Tips:
I use chicken thigh meat, which feels more fragrant. If you find it troublesome to remove the bone, you can also replace the chicken breast.
