Honey Dried Pork

All the ingredients have been reported; after buying the lean meat (minced meat is also available), chop it with a knife, the finer the better, and put it in the basin.

Then pour cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, oyster sauce, black pepper, etc. (except honey) in the minced meat.

4. Both light soy sauce and oyster sauce contain salt, so there is no need to add additional salt.
