Tips:
1. Don't fully cook the red sweet potato. The water content of the red sweet potato is relatively high. If you lose it all-you can't cut it into slices; if it is not cooked-it can only be dried into hard and dry slices;
2. Also because the water content is relatively high, it is best to slice thicker when slicing;
3. It can also be dried directly. Using the oven will make the progress of the first drying much faster;
