Honey Ginger Tea

Rinse fresh ginger and set aside

Put the sliced ginger into the pot, add the cold water of the ginger

Cover and boil on high heat, simmer for 20 minutes

Add rock sugar, cover and simmer for 20 minutes

Wait for the water to be turned frequently, so as not to stick to the pot

Turn off the heat when the water is dry, the ginger becomes transparent, open the lid and let cool

When the temperature of ginger drops below 40 degrees, add honey and mix well

Put it into the bottle and keep it in the refrigerator. Take a few slices of ginger and soak it in warm water.
Tips:
1. If there is no tender ginger, old ginger can be used, but the taste will be more spicy;
2. It is best to use warm water when making ginger tea, so that the effect of honey will not be lost;
3. It is best to drink ginger tea in the morning and not at night. People with diabetes should not take it.
