Honey Grapefruit Tea

1 bottle of honey and 1 grapefruit.

Slice the grapefruit peel, not thick.

Then cut off the white flesh of the cut skin, leaving the skin completely.

Cut the skin into silk, thinner, preferably no more than 1mm.

Then put the cut grapefruit peel into a small bowl, add appropriate amount of water and salt, and let it sit for 10 minutes to remove the bitterness and astringency of the peel.

Grapefruit with 6,7 petals, then break the grapefruit pulp into granules, and remove the water from the grapefruit peel.

Put the grapefruit skin and silk into the pot, add appropriate amount of water, and the water is slightly over the grapefruit flesh. Add rock sugar.
