Honey Jujube Yam

1. Peel and wash the yam.

2. Cut into 1cm thick slices.

3. Arrange the codes one by one into the plate.

4. Dried red dates, arrange them as shown in the picture, and sprinkle with crushed rock sugar.

5. Put it in a steamer, turn to a low heat and steam for about 15-20 minutes after the high heat is boiled.

6. Take it out and let cool for a while, and pour it with sweet-scented osmanthus honey before eating.

Tips:

The steaming time is adjusted according to personal preference.
