The first time I finished the experience, it is much simpler than making Western classics. I made it myself, eliminating the sugar content. The taste does not have the green and astringent taste of mung bean powder, only the fragrance of osmanthus and honey. The area that needs improvement is that the self-grinding is slightly rough. The taste is not as delicate as it is sold outside. The honey is too sweet. Next time, the powder can be drier. I wake up in the middle of the night and have a dry throat. It saves the rush of honey water, boiled water and mung bean cake. It feels comfortable to eat. Now my throat is much better. ^_^
