Honey Pork Knuckle

Main ingredients: pork knuckle, honey sauce seasoning.

Soak the pork knuckles in the tangerine peel water for more than 2 hours.

Then put cold water on the pork knuckle into the pot.

Add an appropriate amount of tangerine peel. Bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes, remove and rinse.

Put an appropriate amount of water into the electric pressure cooker. Add the honey sauce.

After boiling, add proper amount of oyster sauce.

Put in the washed pork knuckles.

Simmer for 20 minutes.

After the pressure is relieved, turn the pork knuckles over and simmer for another 20 minutes.

Soak in the original soup for about 1 hour.

Put it out of the pot and serve it on a plate.
Tips:
1. Soak the pork knuckles with tangerine peel water, which can not only soak the bleeding water, but also remove the peculiar smell.
2. Because 1 packet of seasoning is a little bit less, so add oyster sauce and salt to supplement the seasoning.
