Check the state of the dough after 28 minutes.

Then put the dough into the bread machine and use the fermentation menu for basic fermentation for 30 minutes.

After the fermentation is complete, take out the dough to ventilate and divide it, then round it, cover it with plastic wrap and proof it for 10 minutes.

1. The egg yolk water is prepared by adding water to half of the egg yolk reserved from the egg in the bread dough.
2. Different bread machines have different kneading time. Please knead according to the actual situation of your bread machine.
