Honey Roasted Pumpkin

Half a Japanese pumpkin.

Dig out the flesh seeds.

Cut into small pieces.

Put a layer of corn oil on the grill pan.

Preheat the oven at 230°C for 5 minutes and put it on the baking tray. (It can be done without preheating)

Bake for 10 minutes, brush with honey, and bake for another 5 minutes. Take out and brush a layer of honey, and put on a plate.
