Fried Japanese Pumpkin with Onions

Ingredients: Japanese pumpkin (de-seeded, washed and sliced), onion (washed and sliced)

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the Japanese pumpkin and stir fry.

Bring to a boil and wait until the Japanese pumpkin is almost ready.

Then, add the onions and stir fry until the onions are broken.
