Fried Japanese Pumpkin with Black Fungus

Ingredients: black fungus (soaked)

Japanese pumpkin

Wash the soaked black fungus and remove it for later use.

Wash the Japanese pumpkin seeds and remove them.

Cut into slices on the chopping board.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add Japanese pumpkin and black fungus and stir fry.

Next, add some water to a boil and cook until the Japanese pumpkin is cooked and soft.

Then, add some salt and chicken essence.
9.
Stir-fry well and serve.
