Millet Sweet Potato Pumpkin Porridge

Wash melons and sweet potatoes.

Cut the pumpkin as much as you need, remove the seeds and cut into large pieces.

Peel the sweet potatoes and cut into large pieces.

Take out the millet and fine corn grits to be used.
5.
Add pure water to the pot and bring to a boil. Add melon and sweet potatoes to a boil. Add the washed rice and corn grits. Add 3 drops of concoction oil to cover and cook. Bring to a boil and cook the millet for 50 minutes.
6.
Cooked porridge.
