Pumpkin Multigrain Noodle Pralines

Wash the pumpkin and remove the seeds.

Steam it or cook it in the microwave. (I’m steaming sweet potatoes with a piece of steamed)

Let cool and peel.

Add two kinds of flour, add yeast and 2 grams of white sugar, mix well, knead and knead smoothly.

Knead the smooth surface and let it rest.

This is the noodles made by Fu, add baking soda and knead it smoothly.

Add dry flour to the dish and turn in the microwave for 40 seconds.

Add black sesame seeds, walnuts, white sugar and honey.

Mix thoroughly, add 5 ml of sesame oil and mix well, then put it in the microwave for 30 seconds.

Weigh the heat into the same amount as the noodles, round and squash.

Divide the noodles into small pieces, pack the sugar filling and squash.

Start the pot: Add a little oil to the pot, stir evenly, and cook golden brown on both sides on low heat.

Bake the pancakes on the plate.
Tips:
Because pumpkin is particularly colored with sugar, it should be baked on low heat to avoid burnt.
