Honey Roasted Sweet Potatoes

Prepare the rock sugar, wash the small sweet potatoes, peel them and cut them into one-centimeter thick pieces for later use. (If the big sweet potato can be cut into one-centimeter cubes)

Put a little oil in the pot and fry the sweet potatoes slowly until the surface is browned.

Fry the sweet potatoes until browned, add rock sugar and a little water, cook on low heat until the rock sugar melts, wait for the sugar to be colored, cover the pot on high heat to collect the juice so that the sugar juice evenly coats the sweet potatoes, turn off the heat and sprinkle with less than white sesame seeds.
Tips:
Frying sweet potatoes must be done on a low-medium heat, as the high-fire sweet potatoes will scorch.
