Honey Short Ribs

Wash the small row, boil in water and blanch.

Sliced green onion and ginger

Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, add green onion, ginger, cooking wine, add the blanched small row and cook for 30-40 minutes, cook until the small row can be easily pierced through with chopsticks.

Take out the cooked small ribs, add 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon of braised soy sauce, 3 teaspoons of Huadiao wine, mix well and marinate for 20 minutes

Put a proper amount of oil on the pot to heat up, pour in the marinated ribs and stir-fry on low heat

When the surface of the ribs is light golden yellow, pour out the excess oil. Pour the sauce for the marinated ribs

Add 2 tablespoons of sugar (about 30-40 grams of sugar), and cook half a bowl of soup for the ribs.

After the high fire is boiled, change it to a low heat for 10 minutes.

Finally, thicken the soup over the fire.
Tips:
1. Cooking first and then frying will make the ribs crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. If raw ribs are fried directly, they will get old.
2. Be sure to stir-fry the juice continuously to avoid sticking the pot.
