Honey Steamed Corn

Prepare ingredients: fresh corn, native eggs, honey;

The corn must be removed, the skin removed, the two heads removed, washed, and cut into sections; PS: Do not throw the corn whiskers, you can boil it and drink it.

Put the cut corn into the steamer;

Put an appropriate amount of cold water in the pot and put the eggs; PS: Eggs in cold water pot

Put the corn steamer on the steaming rack, cover it, and steam for 12-15 minutes; PS: different fire size, steaming time is different.

The steamed corn is full, bright, sweet and delicious, and is topped with honey when eaten.
Tips:
1. Choose full corn;
2. Old corn is fragrant and tender corn is sweet;
3. The eggs should be pan under cold water, otherwise they will crack.
