Honey sugar crisp peanuts will like it as soon as you see it.
My family likes peanut products. This honey-sweetened peanut is not very sweet, but also sweet and crisp. It must be a more welcome snack. Start making it after dinner at night. Deep-fried peanuts require a certain amount of patience. You must not be impatient. The peanuts I choose are relatively large, and it takes a long time to fry them slowly. Turn off when you hear the crackling noise. Take the peanuts out of the fire, the taste is the best. The next day, I went to visit the teacher with my classmates. When I came back, I had already seen the bottom. I was fortunate that I took pictures as soon as I got up in the morning. Otherwise, I will have to make another important production. Of course, I will make it often in the future.

Honey Sugar Crisp Peanuts--a Crispy, Non-sweet Snack

1. Choose peanuts with full and even particles, and wash them with clean water.

2. Control the moisture a little, or absorb the moisture with a napkin.

3. Pour the dried peanuts into the wok.

4. Pour in peanut oil that has not been peanut.

5. Turn on low heat, stir fry and deep fry, turn off the heat when the oil temperature rises and the peanuts make a slight crackling sound.

6. Pour the honey in a clean pot.

7. Turn on a small fire to melt the honey.

8. Remove the fried peanuts from the oil pan to control the oil.

9. Pour it into the honey pot while it is hot, turn on a very low heat and stir fry until the peanuts are covered with honey, turn off the heat.

10. Sprinkle in sugar and stir evenly to melt the sugar particles and stick to the peanuts.

11. Sprinkle in cooked sesame seeds.

12. Just stir evenly.

13. Put the peanuts on a clean plate and let cool.

14. Crispy and sweet.

Tips:

Use cold fried peanuts, when the oil temperature rises, the peanuts are basically cooked. This method is easy to operate and prevents the peanuts from being burnt.
Deep-fried peanuts control the oil. Excessive oil will cause the outer layer of peanuts to become thinner when the honey juice is wrapped, causing the finished honey peanuts to agglomerate due to excessive adhesion.
