Honey Sugar Crisp Peanuts--a Crispy, Non-sweet Snack

Choose peanuts with full and even particles, and wash them with clean water.

Control the moisture a little, or absorb the moisture with a napkin.

Pour the dried peanuts into the wok.

Pour in peanut oil that has not been peanut.

Tips:
Use cold fried peanuts, when the oil temperature rises, the peanuts are basically cooked. This method is easy to operate and prevents the peanuts from being burnt.
Deep-fried peanuts control the oil. Excessive oil will cause the outer layer of peanuts to become thinner when the honey juice is wrapped, causing the finished honey peanuts to agglomerate due to excessive adhesion.
