Honey Yam

Wash and peel the yam, cut into inch sections.

Put neatly on the plate.

Cut the pumpkin into thin slices, put it on a plate, and steam it with the yam for 20 minutes.

Cut the cucumber into thin slices and set aside.

The yam is steamed and placed neatly on the plate with the cucumber slices.

Put the steamed pumpkin in a bowl and use a spoon to grind into pumpkin puree.

Add appropriate amount of water to the wok, add pumpkin puree and bring to a boil. Change the heat to low, add honey and water starch, and boil slowly until foaming.

Pour the honey juice evenly on the yam and serve.
Tips:
If you want to buy the kind of yam, the pumpkin puree should be ground as finely as possible. After adding honey and starch, it will be boiled over low heat and then evenly poured on the yam.
