Honey Yam
1.
Prepare a long yam
2.
Peel and wash the yam for later use
3.
Use a knife to cut the yam into long pieces and put them on the plate
4.
Spread two pieces of iron hawthorn on the bottom of the plate
5.
Steam on the pot for 5 minutes
6.
After steaming, pour the hawthorn juice on top of the yam
7.
Chop the iron hawthorn and sprinkle together
8.
Serve
