Honey Yam

Peel the yam and cut into sections.

Add a spoonful of white vinegar to the pot of water, boil the water and add the yam section, blanch it for one minute and remove it for drying.

Adjust honey juice: 2 spoons of sugar, 3 spoons of honey, 2 spoons of orange juice.
