Yam Carrot Porridge
1.
Prepare carrots, yam, and millet. Wash the yam and carrots and peel them. Soak millet in water.
2.
Dice the yam and carrots. (The smaller the better, personally)
3.
Add appropriate amount of water to the pot. (It depends on the number of people eating.) The fire is on. After the water boils, add the soaked millet (the time for soaking the millet is preferably from boiling water to boiling water. About 5 minutes.) Then bring it to a boil.
4.
When you see the millet rolling, you can put in the prepared radish and yam.
5.
After adding the yam and carrots, be sure to stir them. (Allow them to heat up evenly to prevent sticking to the pan.)
6.
Then, the fire boiled.
7.
After the pot is boiling, turn to medium heat and let the rice boil in the pot.
8.
Just wait patiently for 30 hours. (At this time, you must ensure that you use medium heat, otherwise everything will be in vain.)
Tips:
1. Boiling water meters. 2. Bring to a high heat, turn to medium heat and simmer for 30 hours.
