Vegetarian Fried Yam
1.
Peel the yam, slice and blanch for two minutes, remove and set aside.

Wash the bell peppers and cut into pieces for later use.
3.
Stir fried yam with oil (non-stick pan is best, yam loves sticky pan).
4.
Add chopped green onion and stir fry.
5.
Add chili and stir fry for a while.
6.
Pour in the light soy sauce, add salt and stir well.
7.
Out of the pot.
