Hong Kong Style Mandarin Duck Milk Tea

Broken black tea, pour water into the pot

Bring to a boil on high heat, turn to low heat and cook for ten minutes

Put yellow sugar in the bowl

Pour black and white evaporated milk

Brew the brewed black tea into evaporated milk

Stir evenly while hot

Tips:
1. The milk tea cooked by this recipe will have a more mellow taste;
2. The taste of evaporated milk and milk is different, so it is not recommended to replace it;
3. Coffee I use a coffee machine to extract the espresso.
