Tips:
1. The step of making Hong Kong-style milk tea and hitting tea is very important. The purpose of hitting tea is to fully contact the tea, water and air, reducing the astringency of the tea and making the milk tea smoother;
2. The tea used in authentic Hong Kong-style milk tea is Ceylon black tea. In order to temporarily relieve hunger, ordinary black tea is used instead.
