Horsehead Fish with Pickled Vegetables

Ingredients: horsehead fish

Pickled vegetables (cleaned)

Sliced ginger

Remove the head and tail of the horsehead fish to remove its internal organs, wash and remove.

Cut it with scissors and set aside.

Place the pickled vegetables on the chopping board and chop them up, set aside.
