Clean the horsehead fish for later use.

Chop garlic and shred ginger.
3.
Heat the wok without oil, put the horsehead fish in the wok, sprinkle garlic and ginger on the surface.

Sprinkle with salt.
5.
Pour in a bowl of water.

Cover the pot and simmer for ten minutes.

Open the lid after ten minutes.
