Pan-fried Horsehead Fish
1.
I ate this fish for the first time. Its head looks like a horse. The locals call it horse head fish. The meat is very tender. There is only a thorn in the middle.
2.
When buying horsehead fish, the boss removes the scales and internal organs. Just come back and rinse them.
3.
Cut a few cuts on the fish
4.
Add all the seasonings and marinate for 10 minutes
5.
Sprinkle dry flour evenly on both sides of the fish and pat evenly
6.
Heat up a non-stick pan, add oil. Add the fish and fry slowly over medium heat for 3 minutes
7.
Continue to fry the other side, and fry both sides until golden brown.
8.
Put it on the plate so that you can see the tenderness of the fish in the gap of the knife
9.
Without a long plate, it can't look good.
