Horseshoe and Horseshoe Sugarcane Juice

The three main ingredients are washed clean.

Dice the horseshoe to make it more delicious.

Cut to similar fingers and hands short and thin.

If the Imperata cylindrica root is (dry), soak it for half an hour. If it is fresh, just boil it.

Put the ingredients together, add 3000 ml of water, boil on medium heat, turn to low heat and cook for one hour. There is no need to put sugar, about 1000ml of water is left after cooking.
Tips:
If the conditions permit, it is recommended to squeeze the sugarcane juice and add bagasse to boil.
I still use fresh Imperata cylindrica roots for cooking. The amount of fresh Imperata cylindrica root is 60 grams.
If you like sweeter friends, you can add rock candy.
This is the amount for three people. If the number of people is reduced, the amount of water can be appropriately reduced. About three bowls of water are boiled into one bowl.
