It's been cold recently, and it's time to drink hot sugar water again. This time the syrup is the kind of well-matched Cantonese syrup bag I bought directly. Simple Sydney syrup is more suitable for this kind of weather. Without sugar, it is also suitable for children and the elderly!

Ingredients

Imperata Root and Bamboo Cane Sydney Syrup

1. Prepare the required raw materials

2. Bamboo cane, dried Sydney, figs soaked for half an hour in advance

3. Pueraria lobata and Maogen are washed with water and put into gauze bag

4. Put all the ingredients in the casserole

5. Then add enough water and boil

6. Prepare a pear, wash and cut into small pieces

7. Pour Sydney into the casserole and continue to simmer

8. Finally cook it through

9. Drink while it's hot

Tips:

1. I use a slow cooker, it won’t boil, so it will be slower to cook. If you use a casserole, it will take about an hour to cook.
2. The last Sydney pear is added for seasoning, so it will be sweet and sweet
3. You can also add sugar, just add a little bit.
4. It's cold, just drink it hot, if it's hot, you can refrigerate it!
