Horseshoe Cake

Melted brown sugar in 1000g hot water

250g of horseshoe powder is sifted and added to the brown sugar water

Peel and chop water chestnuts for later use

Pour a thin layer of flour paste into the steaming dish, add chopped water chestnuts, and steam for about 2 minutes
