Hot and Sour Beef and Potato Noodles

Prepare materials

The fat cow is scalded with boiling water to change its color.

Scallion, ginger, red dried pepper, and sesame pepper until fragrant, stir-fry with the hot pot bottom material, add appropriate amount of water, and remove the material residue after boiling
