Hot and Sour Cabbage

Wash the cabbage, take the cabbage gang part and divide it into two halves from the middle, take one half and slice it at 45 degrees with a knife.

Cut the leaves into pieces, and cut the cabbage gang and leaves separately.

Cut the green onion into sections, slice the garlic, and cut the dried red pepper into small sections. Take another bowl, pour the light soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and starch and mix well.

Pour oil in the pot, add the peppercorns and fry them on low heat until brown-red, remove the peppercorns and discard them.

Pour in the dried chili and green onion and stir-fry for a good flavor.

Turn to high heat, pour the cabbage and stir fry for about 1 minute.

Add cabbage leaves and sauté until the leaves are soft. Add salt and stir fry evenly.

Pour in the mixed juice.
9.
Stir fry until the soup is thick.
10.
Take out the pan and serve.
Tips:
Cutting the cabbage at an angle can better help the taste, and it will not make the leaves soft and rotten to affect the taste if they are fried separately from the leaves.
