Hot and Sour Chinese Cabbage that Can be Made with A Health Pot

Wash the Chinese cabbage and tear it into strips (other shapes are also OK).

Dice the garlic and pepper into cubes and set aside.

Boil a pot of water in the health pot, then put the Chinese cabbage into the health pot, cook for about 5 minutes, and then remove the Chinese cabbage when it is dead.

Crush the garlic and chili with a garlic press and add them to the Chinese cabbage.

Add appropriate salt, soy sauce and aged vinegar (I used Shanxi aged vinegar, which tastes better).
6.
Stir the Chinese cabbage and seasonings evenly, sour and spicy.
