This dish is my favorite dish today, sour + spicy + coconut milk. I can't stand the temptation of Nanyang cuisine at any time. I can't help but swallow at the thought of the sweet and sour soup!

Although the weather is hot, what I want to eat most seems to be hot and sour things: Tom Yum Soup, hot and sour noodles, hot and sour bamboo shoot noodles, and this recipe is as simple as boiled hot and sour coconut milk seafood soup.

Ingredients

Hot and Sour Coconut Milk Seafood Soup

1. 1. Peel the tomatoes and cut into pieces. Wash the tomatoes, cut a cross knife on the head, boil them in water for 3~5 minutes, remove them and peel them easily.
2. Pour olive oil in a cold pan and heat it over a low heat. Saute the garlic slices and millet pepper until fragrant.
3. Pour in the onions, add a little salt, stir fry until the onions become soft, add the tomatoes, and cook on medium heat until the water color of the tomatoes becomes darker.
4. Add coriander stems, red pepper powder, and seafood, stir well, cover the pot and simmer for about 10 minutes.
✳︎ The fire should not be too high to prevent the soup from boiling dry. Depending on the moisture content of the tomatoes, cook for about 10-15 minutes.
