Hot and Sour Cold Noodles

Prepare the ingredients, soak the egg noodles in cold water for a while

Treat the chives and garlic as shown in the picture

Wash the cabbage and set aside

Boil the water in a pot, boil the cabbage, blanch it and set aside

Tips:
Don't cook the noodles for too long. After a while, cold boiled water tastes good.
